GEMS, Global Enterprise Medical Solutions is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, designed to provide preventative medical care services, medical education and to contribute to the holistic well-being of our clients at every stage of life while striving to make health a priority.
GEMS provides CLIA Waived testing services such as HIV/STI testing, DOT and Non-DOT drug screenings, vaccinations, substance abuse treatment/ counseling, and community health education resources.
GEMS is a non-profit community-based organization with a mission to end the HIV epidemic by providing a safe place for our clients to get free HIV/STI testing services. Our goal is to enable our clients to gain knowledge and confidence to take control of their health and live normal lives.
Donations are extremely important to our mission. Without them, we can not sustain our services or programs. GEMS has pledged to educate the community and provide the necessary tools and testing for members of the community.
